Wagner Farm Arboretum's "Brite Nites"

Volunteers are needed -- before, during, and after the event.

 Brite Nites is a major fundraising event for
the Arboretum, and it includes a Pumpkin Path, a Haunted Showcase, and a Café.

Before the event work may include:


      Preparing garden areas


  • Preparing Haunted Showcase area such as moving
    items, unloading props

  • Attaching tarp to fence

  • Carving fake and real pumpkins

  • Moving hay bales

  • Setting up pumpkin path


During Brite Nites work may include:


      Directing traffic and visitors to the
      appropriate area


  • Ticket taking and selling

  • Path guiding

  • Staffing the café

  • Help keep the Haunted Showcase running

  • Acting in the Haunted Showcase

  • Applying make-up on actors (must provide
    background check)


After Brite Nites, a clean-up crew is needed to
dismantle exhibits and pack up.
