Warren's dense retail and service corridor has proven to be a vital and active marketplace. From clothes to hardware, doctors to accountants, it seems just about everything is available within a few minutes walk.
But that also means it's more challenging to find a suitable tenant for an empty storefront, and more challenging to be the new guy on the block.
So what would you recommend for the twin storefronts in the Arch Plaza on Mt. Bethel Road, formerly occupied by TCBY and Poka Dots?
The spaces have great views—not that commercial tenants seek that—and great neighbors—Realm Design, The Beveled Edge, Dakini Dance Studio and Kelsey's Performing Arts Center are neighbors.
So what would be a great addition to the site? With Earth Paint and Fire in the building in front, perhaps another arts or performance-related business would draw you to the center.
Or do you think additional professional offices would be best?

There's already a consignment shop on Mt. Bethel. A "real"bakery (not one inside a grocery store) would be nice. Even a pet supply shop would be convenient since Adam's left Warren. PLEASE no more hair or nail salons, learning centers or mini gyms or restaurants. Warren needs more variety!
