High-Tech Plans for This 45,000 Square Foot Space?

Got an idea for a new tenant for this vacancy?

Each week, we look about town and focus on an empty commercial property to see what ideas residents have for new businesses.

This week, we're going to put a little twist on the idea: tell us what high-tech compnay you see in this space on the appropriately named Technology Drive.

Here's the thing, right now, there's a real estate boom of sorts in New York City, which is the epicenter of the rapidly growing Internet content field (thank you, AOL!). The start-ups like NYC's energetic pace, and edgy environ...but just wait: in a few years, those 20-somethings will be 30-somethings with a mortgage and kids and NYC won't be quite so alluring.

And just like banks and finance companies, they'll be looking for space a little closer to home—which could very well be in or near Warren.

So let's add up the reasons high techs should just come here:

1. The township has an economic development program that could save the new tenants thousands of dollars.

2. The new tenants will have good neighbors on Technology Drive: Anadigics is near, along with bio-medical company Celgene and other high-tech neighbors. Think of the synchonicity at TRU Thai buffets!

3. Edgy? You want "edgy?" Check out Warren's annual Yuletide Bonfire!

4. This space  can be leased in convenient "still looking for angel investor" sizes, as well as the full, 45,000-square foot "Our IPO is tomorrow" package.

So, tell us who or what kind of high-tech firm you'd like to see lease this space—who knows, maybe Facebook is looking to downsize a little....
