Warren to Celebrate 'Best Place' Status on Wednesday at WHRHS

Event to begin at 6 p.m., open to all.

The township will this Wednesday night celebrate New Jersey Monthly naming Warren Township as the second best place to live in all of New Jersey — and number one in Somerset County, as well as recognizing the contributions of local volunteers at the same event.

The Warren Township Committee selected an evening — settling on 6 p.m. this Wednesday, to hold the regular committee meeting at the Watchung Hills Regional High School at 108 Stirling Road in Warren. The meeting and reception will be held in the South Building Auditorium.

All residents and businesses have been invited to join township officials for the celebration, but were asked to RSVP beforehand so officials could know how to plan refreshments. Information is on the township website.
