http://youtu.be/cV0RL-SDv0gOh Baby! Fitness offers new moms a way to work out with their babies and gain support from other women. All of our instructors are specially certified to teach prenatal and postnatal fitness courses, so exercise is fun and safe.
Join us Mondays at 9:30 am for Stroller
Workout. This modified boot camp for Moms includes an all-over workout
of upper body, lower body and ab work. Baby comes along in a stroller.
This class is appropriate for new moms all the way through 2-3 years
Join us Wednesdays at 11:30 am for Mom & Baby Fitness. This all-over body workout incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs as well as focused abdominal work. Baby is worn in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of the class.
