You Need To Know Well-Rested Students: It must be like a dream come true for Watchung Hills Regional seniors: they get to sleep in and head to school at 10:30 a.m. The seniors' late start is courtesy of the State of New Jersey: while they're getting a little extra shut-eye, juniors are taking the High School Proficinecy Assessment; sophomores and freshmen are attending special programs.

Learn how to protect your kids tonight at the 's presentation "Growing Up with Social Media: The Good, the Bad and the Unknown," at 7 p.m. at 1 Diamond Hill Road in Berkeley Heights.
