Art Exhibits at School District Offices

It's not the Met, but the ever-changing art displays in the conference room at the Warren Township School District administrative offices is worth a visit.

Visitors to the conference room at the Warren Township Board of Education offices are treated to a display of art work by the district's students, with the displays changing periodically to include all classes in the district in the course of the school year.

The students tackle a number of projects, from drawings and paintings, to sculture, or in the case of April's display, murals.

The conference room's walls are adorned with two large murals, brightly-colored rainforest scenes with parrots, jaguars, snakes and other such critters, prepared by Angelo L. Tomaso School students in Donna Pellagrino's classes.

If you get a chance, stop by the offices to see the murals for yourself—we attempted to capture the brilliant and jubilant work in the murals, but it's best viewed on the display.
