Easter Bunny Leads Parade and Hunt

Over 100 children participate in float parade and Easter egg hunt

It was a bright and sunny Saturday afternoon that brought the Easter Bunny the with Warren Municipal Complex for the annual Easter Egg Hunt and Parade.  About 125 children from ages 1-10 joined in the event.

Upon the arrival of the Easter Bunny on a firetruck of the Mt. Horeb Fire Company, the parade of decorated bicycles and wagons and scooters made their way through from the tennis courts to the basketball court for judging. 

On hand to judge with floats were Township Committeewoman Carolann Garafola, Deputy Mayor Gary DiNardo, and Recreation Commission member David Pasi.

After the parade, the children hunted for eggs and claimed prizes for their efforts.
