You Need To Know Beannacht: We don't know what it means, but we do know it's Deirdre Forrest and Tom Johnston, a duo named the Best New Act at this year's Jersey Acoustic Music Awards, in Asbury Park. They'll be performing their award-winning Irish folk music at 7:30 p.m. tonight in the municipal courtyard for this week's outdoor concert sponsored by the Warren Township Recreation Commission.
