You Need To Know Teen Volunteers: If you've attended any township event, or been to area senior citizen residences recently, odds are you saw one of the many local teens who help out. Most of these volunteers are members of the Watchung Hills Regional's Interact Club, a service club that teaches the importance of volunteerism and helping others. The club meets today, and odds are, they'll be out helping at the Lyons VA Hospital or at a nearby residence facility after school.

You Need To Know Varsity Sports: The high school's student-athletes will be busy today, with the hockey, swimming, fencing and boys and girls basketball teams all in action. If you're at the school today, stop by the gym to watch the boys basketball teams take on their North Hunterdon counterparts.
