You Need To Know It Won't Be Warm All The Time: It's a hard sell to suggest people attend a workshop on energy efficiency on a 60-degree day in January, but, well, who knew it wouldn't be snowing when the Warren Public Library arranged to have Terry Carruthers, from "Creative Energy" in Millington, come by at 7 p.m. for a talk on strategies for energy efficiency savings?
