You need to know that there is a Watchung Hills Regional High School Board of Education meeting

The Board of Education of the Watchung Hills Regional High School District will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. at the high school. All are welcome to participate, to discuss and consider matters of school district business.

You need to know that you can relax

At the Warren Library this evening, Sandee Conroy from Energy Works, accompanied by musician Peter Olsen, will lead this guided meditation using 'singing bowls'.  Tibetan monks have used metal singing bowls for centuries.  The sounds from the bowls are calming and soothing, and induce a sense of peacefulness.

Singing Bowls can 're-tune' us to a state of harmony.  Using sound to evoke deep relaxation is one of the simplest, non-invasive ways to promote harmony within the body.

Program runs from 7 pm -8:30pm. Registration required. Please call 908-754-5554 ext 64 for more information or to register.
