Friends of the Library Award Scholarship to Callegari

Circulation clerk is also a student at Kean University.

Geraldine Callegari, circulation clerk at the Warren Township Library, was chosen by the Friends of the Warren Township Library to receive the 2011 Scholarship Award. 

The presentation of the award took place on June 28 at the library.

When she presented the award, Carol Senff, president of the Friends of the Library, indicated that the Friends were happy to support Callegari's efforts as she pursues a college degree.

Callegari is a junior at Kean University, where she is studying graphic design. In May, the Kean University Chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi awarded her second place for Undergraduate Term Paper for her essay entitled "The Image of Love."

Callegari joined the circulation staff of the library in 2009.
