Head to Forest Lodge for Saturday's Oktoberfest

Event returns with vendor fair, German foods and music—and beer!

Oompah at it’s Best!  The aroma of sizzling bratwurst, and the cries of ‘Prosit’ (cheers) will once again be heard throughout the pavilions at Forest Lodge’s Oktoberfest Saturday.

Yodel on over and help us 'Roll Out The Barrel’ at Oktoberfest 2012 ! The celebration begins at 11 a.m. Saturday. The Food & Beverage Pavilion opens at noon. Bring your appetite! You won’t go hungry with all the German-American foods available for purchase. Don't forget to grab a cold German beer to wash it all down!

The Festhalle will keep everyone entertained! We have Bernie's Orchestra, a five piece ensemble that's sure to have you swaying, dancing, and singing to all your favorite songs!

And back by popular demand…it’s the Saengerchor of Clark. The Saengerchor, an all-male German chorus, celebrates its 87th Anniversary this year. The choir, a non-profit organization achieved acclaim and wide recognition both in concert performances and prize singing during their last 87 years of performing.

All Oktoberfest attendees will be treated to the glorious sounds of German songs from the chorus’ repertoire.   The chorus is simply…one of New Jersey’s finest!
