Library is Having a Yoga Party

Young or old, limber or not, the library has a yoga class today that's right for you.

You Need To Know About Contemporary Art: The Center for Contemporary Art, at 2020 Burnt Mills Road in Bedminster, has an exhibit of its members' art on display. Stop and see the work anytime between 9 a.m and 3 p.m. 

You Need To Know About the Library's Yoga Party: The Warren Township Library will have three sessions of yoga today, offering something for everyone. First up is the seated yoga class at 11 a.m., followed by yoga for kids at 1 p.m. and yoga for teens at 2 p.m.

You Need To Know Mr. Ray: Ray Andersen, aka mr. Ray, gave up an on stage career in rock and roll to build a career entertaining kids with his original songs. You, and your youngsters, can enjoy mr. Ray in performance at 7 p.m. at the municipal courtyard.

You Need To Know About Osteoporosis: Endocrinologist Amy Toscano-Zukor, DO, will be discussing the latest treatments and tests for osteoporois at the  office in Berkeley Heights (at 1 Diamond Hill Road) at 7 p.m. The presentation is free.

You Need To Know How to Be Footloose: Head to the , on Valley Road, at 8 p.m. to enjoy the Ridge Light Opera production of “Footloose”. Admission is free, but  donations are gratefully accepted. Bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating.
