You Need To Know About Youth Night: The Warren Youth Services Commission is hosting an after-school event at Stonecrest Church from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. for Warren Middle School students. They'll be able to enjoy games of dodgeball, participate in open mic entertainment, or just hang with friends.

You Need To Know About Young Scientists: What will the minds of 's students delve into for their science fair experiments? Find out at 6 p.m. tonight at the school, where the students in third- through fifth-grades will present their findings.

You Need To Know About Earth Day: Officially, it's April 22 but we'll get a head start with Saturday's events at the municipal complex organized by the newly-commissioned Warren Township Green Team. Starting at 9 a.m., you can bring your documents for safe shredding, bottle caps for safe recycling and old, small electronic devices for safe disposal. You'll also be able to check out all-electric cars from Mini and Tesla, and other presentations. Patch will be there, too—stop by and we'll give you a reusable canvas shopping bag or water bottle (as long as supplies last).
