You Need To Know It's A Holiday: Schools, municipal, county, state and federal offices are closed; there'll be no mail delivery.

You Need To Know Hospitals Need Blood: If you're off for the holiday, and are qualified to donate blood, visit the ' blood drive in Summit, 2 - 8 p.m. The center is at 695 Springfield Ave. Click here to register.

You Need To Know Thomas and Friends Are In Morristown: Catch a presentation of "Thomas and Friends On Stage" in "Thomas Saves the Day" at the in the Mayo Center for Performing Arts, 100 South St., Morristown.  Showtimes are 3 and 6 p.m.—check for available tickets by calling 973-539-8088, emailing boxoffice@mayoarts.org; or on the center's website.

You Need To Know How To Overcome Fear: An inspirational workshop offered at 7 p.m. at the 140 Mt. Airy Rd., Basking Ridge, offers tips from Andrea Mastrobattista overcoming the fears that may be keeping you from achieving your goals in life.  

You Need To Know (More) About College Costs: College Admissions Consultant Ran Slosberg hosts a free course for parents of high school students at 7:30 p.m. in the , 310 Milltown Rd., Bridgewater. Unlike college, the course is free. Call 908-526-6644 for additional information.
