Route 78 Accident, Merit Scholars, Holiday with Heart Week's Top Stories

A single car accident on Route 78 late Saturday night was this week's most read feature. The two people in the car—driver Max Torres, 20, of Elizabeth, and Amber Rouland, 19, of Newark, were taken to Morristown Medical Center following the accident. State police are continuing to investigate the incident.
