You Need To Know How to Shake Your Qi: Certified fitness instructor Pat Kennelly will lead aKripalu Yoga Dance class, which incorporates movement therapy, Qi Kung and yoga at the Warren Township Library at 7 p.m.  Dress comfortably and be prepared to move.

You Need To Know About the Power of "RE": No, not real estate..."The Power of Re" is a workshop led by Professional Inspirer Andrea Mastrobattista to "REdiscover how to REengage the world around you and REsume the journey toward the life you desire." You can participate by REturning to the between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m., after REgistering online or by calling Mastrobattista at 908-766-6050. There's a $30 fee for YMCA members; $35 for non-members.
