Somerset County Man Attempts To Fight Deportation

Eight years after pleading guilty to providing false documentation to the state Motor Vehicle Commission, Omar-Vargas-Avellan of Montgomery has won an appeal to fight his conviction - stating he was given “erroneous advice” by his lawyer, according to mycentraljersey.com

The 51-year-old Costa Rican native has lived in the United States since 1995  with no other criminal record and is attempting to avoid deportation, according to mycentraljersey.com

"8 years after pleading guilty" to providing false documents to the DMV? Huh?! Why is Omar still here? There is no other country on Earth as stupidly easy on illegal immigrants than the good ol' USofA! We are the doormat for the world.

Score card: 1 guy in NJ may get deported. 300,000 illegal youths and $3.7 billion dollars may get several more deported. Thanks Obama.
