Statewide Open House Weekend Underway
New Jersey Association of Realtors and local boards sponsor statewide open house push this weekend.
The Hunterdon/Somerset Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) are doing their part to spur the market by hosting a 2-day statewide Open House Weekend, today and tomorrow (April 3).
Brokers have been encouraged to participate to open more doors and help to jumpstart the spring market, which has been delayed by inclement weather. And the forecast is good for a successful weekend, with sunny skies and temperatures expected in the mid to upper 50s both days.
While Open Houses are traditionally held on Sundays, this weekend you will see signs out both Saturday and Sunday. In fact, two homes that are open on Sunday also opened their doors on Saturday, the Bi-Level at 28 Mountain and the newer Colonial at 28-A Morning Glory Road.

In the spirit of promoting this statewide event, many Brokers are doing increased advertising and distributing lists of Open Houses in the communities they serve.
