Storefronts and Our Smoothie Survey

Even though school is out for summer vacations, we'll still bring you lots of news over the next few weeks.

This week, we're taking a look at Warren's commercial real estate market. Have you noticed the new businesses in town? There are quite a few—and more are coming. We'll let you know about some of the shops and offices coming to town.

And now that summer's here, where are the places to go for a refreshing smoothie? We've surveyed Warren's smoothie sellers and will give you the low-down on these cool drinks.

The Warren Township Board of Education meets Monday night—among the items they'll discuss is a $28,000 donation from the district schools' PTOs. That's a lot of bake sales! 

Also coming up this week is an update on the county talks on consolidating police departments.

And finally, in this week's Patch Takes It Off, I'll visit Fresh Start Exercise to get some pointers on what I can do to make my exercise more effective.
