Track Team Heading to State Meet in Randolph

Races abound over the Memorial Day weekend.

You Need To Know State Track Meet: Watchung Hills Regional's varsity track team will be at Randolph High School today and tomorrow for the state sectional meet. Qualifying athletes will go to next month's Meet of Champions, and a few of the Warriors may qualify.

You Need To Know Speed Cycling: Forget about the kerfuffle over Lance Armstrong's Tour de France shenanigans and watch the professional cyclists in Manville for today's Manville Madness, the 20-mile tune-up for Saturday's 75-mile Somerville Classic. The racers then race in Bound Brook on Sunday and cap it with Monday's Tour of Somerville race. If you've never seen professional bicycle racing, try to catch one of the events—it's exhillarating.
