Warren Charity's Spinning Event Aims to Donate 25 Cribs

Keeping Babies Safe hosting Saturday 'Spin' Kick-off.

Warren-based Keeping Babies Safe fundraising "Spin": to raise enough money to donate 25 new—and safe—cribs to New Jersey families in need.

The organization, which aims to prevent infant deaths due to unsafe cribs and sleeping products, has since its founding by resident Joyce Davis. Fundraising for the purchase of the cribs includes an annual 5K run, as well as smaller events such as Staurday's spin event.

The event will be held at Lifestyle Mechanics Studio, at 1966 Washington Valley Road, Suite 7, in Martinsville, with four sessions scheduled (hourly between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., with registration 15 minutes before each spin). Team captains can register and sign in only themselves and the $100 donation for four spin rides will go directly to Keeping Babies Safe.
