Warrenbrook Senior Center Needs Volunteers for Meals Program

Help needed on Fridays on a regular basis.

There are opportunities for volunteers and for those seeking entertainment at Warrenbrook Senior Center, located on Warrenbrook Golf Course at 500 Warrenville Road.

The center is seeking a kitchen volunteer to help out with its Meals on Wheels program from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday mornings.  “Substitute” kitchen volunteers are also being sought to fill in 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, when staff is on vacation or other volunteers are unavailable.

Kitchen volunteers are asked to help portion food, package items and ensure that each home-bound client receives the correct number of meals.
