Fitness Classes Will Have You Shake, Rattle and Roll

Join your friends for a workout today.

You Need To Know Shake, Rattle and Roll: If you've a mind to exercise, work out or just get up and move around today, you have lots of options: shake with the 10 a.m. yoga class at Trinity United Church, rattle at the 6:30 p.m. Zumba class at the Warren Health and Racquet Club, or roll with laughter at the 7:30 laughter class (back at Trinity).
