Open House Weekend at Temple Har Shalom

announces its Spring Membership weekend with various activities that introduce potential members to , the THS community and the religious school.

“When you become part of the Temple Har Shalom congregation, you become part of our family,” said Rabbi Randi Musnitsky. “Temple Har Shalom is proud of the array of services and programs we are able to offer our members of all ages.”

The weekend-long celebration kicks off on Friday, April 27th with an open house at Temple Har Shalom’s Mountain Top School for Young Children. Mountain Top, the premier Jewish preschool of Somerset County will be open all day so families can learn about the rich and stimulating environment it provides.

At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, the Temple will present "An Evening of Jazz" featuring Seeds of the Sun. followed by a dessert reception. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.

Seeds of the Sun the leading Israeli Jazz ensemble in North America playing everywhere from Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, to New York City. They will be joined by THS’s in-house band Sababa. (Tickets can be purchased online)

Sunday, April 29th, potential members are invited to a religious school open house from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Parents and students are welcome to sit in actual classes to observe.
