Warren Schools Launch Facebook Page

Superintendent says the district wants its social-media presence to 'strengthen two-way communication between the school and the community.'

Looking for a way to stay in contact with the local school district? Asking a question, sharing an opinion or offering ideas can be accomplished just by harnessing the power of your computer, tablet or smartphone: Warren Township Schools is on Facebook.

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Tami Crader shared the news on the Warren Board of Education website.

Crader said the district has taken to social media "to strengthen two-way communication between the school and the community." To that end, she said Warren residents age 13 and up are encouraged to participate by sharing their thoughts about the page and by contributing ideas and opinions on school issues and programs.
