Charles Napp Jr. Named PEI Client Services Group Director

Will lead client investment reporting and analysis.

 announced that Charles Napp Jr. recently joined the PEI team as director of the Client Services Group.

Napp is responsible for the preparation, review, and organization of client investment performance reporting and analysis. In addition, Napp will facilitate the documentation of the investment decision making process and the plan’s adherence to the client Investment Policy Statement. 

Napp comes to PEI with experience in equity research, performance analysis, and portfolio management for businesses ranging from small, private companies to large international firms. He spent much of his career working with plans that range in size from $1 million to $8 billion. He most previously worked at Siemens Capital Company, LLC in the Pension Fund Management Department, dealing directly with their DC and DB plans. Napp’s knowledge of investment manager selection, performance monitoring metrics and DOL fee disclosure rules will aid him in his role at PEI.
