Hovnanian Reports Promenade Development Nearly Sold-Out

Company notes Warren location among chief attractions.

Hovnanian Enterprises reported the Four Seasons at the Promenade, in Warren, is more than 90 percent sold out, with four homes sold in the last four weeks.

The company says the age-restricted development has 16 properties remaining for sale.

"Now, as the sales pace escalates and the popular community approaches capacity, only a limited number of homes remain for interested buyers," the company said in a press release. "In fact, at press time, only 16 homes were available; all of which are spec homes."

Properties at the development range in size from approximately 2,500 to nearly 4,900 square feet, and are priced from $795,950.

The company notes that one of the biggest attractions to the properties is the Warren location: "Ensconced among the ridgelines of the Watchung Mountains in Warren Township – noted as one of New Jersey’s 'best places to live' by Money magazine – K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at The Promenade is set on 77 open acres with a mile-long walking path that features ponds, wild flowers, an open pavilion, and seven beautiful gardens, each with its own graceful design." the company said.
