Silk Road is Readers' Choice for Asian Cuisine in Warren

With one night left in our weekly Readers' Choice poll on Asian restaurants, reader Mary Martin headed to the Silk Road Afghan Restaurant for dinner.

Afterwards, she couldn't wait to add her vote and comments for this week's favorite.

"I was just at Silk Road this evening and jumped at the chance to vote for them," she wrote. "The food is terrific, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful."

It's true—the restaurant's original recipes for traditional favorites make mouths water like the Helmand River, and the interior is relaxing and comfortable. It all adds up to make the restaurant "a true gem," as Jennifer Gavin wrote.
