When Sporting News Happens, Remember to Sit Still

Sports Clips customers can get a little excited while getting haircuts during big games.

Warren's Sports Clips hair salon isn't like most places men can go for a haircut—with a distinctively sports-oriented decor, it's a great place to go when a quick cut is needed ... during the World Series.

And with TV screens mounted throughout the salon all tuned to ESPN, customers don't miss a three-pointer, fumble—or Derek Jeter's 3,000 hit.

"They were jumping out of their seats for Jeter's 3,000th," salon manager Krystle Sanguiliano said.

"It does happen quite a lot," she said.

The salon, which opened in May 2010 as the franchise's first New Jersey location in the Corner Village shopping center at Mt. Bethel Road and Mountain Boulevard, can accomodate eight customers at once getting haircuts and more in the lobby, so a big play or historic hit, could create quite a commotion.
