What Should Fill Corner Village Shopping Center?
There are a few vacancies in the retail space at the corner of Mountain Boulevard and Mt. Bethel Road.
With Warren's retail space at the corner of Mountain Boulevard and Mt. Bethel Road filling up, there are only a few opportunities for new businesses and offices remaining.
Perhaps the largest single space available is at The Corner Village Shoppng Center, facing the corner. Second-floor office space could be perfect for a music lessons studio or design shop, while the first floor spaces, next to Smoothie King and Get IN Shape for Women, have great visibiity for motorists.
