Berger sold 14 listings in Warren Township during the first eight months of 2013, six more than  the next two highest-ranking agents.

Berger had a phenomenal month in August 2013 with five listings taken, five closings and  nearly $7 million in closed sales volume. Berger has been the No. 1 real estate agent out of all real estate companies in Warren Township for eight consecutive years.
