A Look at Route 78 Accidents in the Area

It's become a regular occurrance: a vehicle crashes on I-78 in Warren or Watchung, with one or more people injured, and requiring airlift transportation to area medical centers.

Until recently, such accidents were fairly rare but in recent weeks, there's been a sharp increase in the number of them.

This week, Patch will take a look at the incidents and roadway to see what common denominators the accidents have and where the most dangerous sections seem to be.

We'll also be looking at efforts in schools to teach anti-bullying and harrassment lessons during the month, including a preview of Watchung Hills Regional's "Week of Respect" program.
