Township Plans 'Olympic' Presentations

Come out for tonight's events, rain or shine.

Warren Township's free Thursday programming shifts into the outdoor movie series tonight, with a showing of "Cool Runnings," the comedy that helped make the small Jamaican Olympics teams among the most popular in the world.

The movie will be shown at 8 p.m., either in the municipal field behind the library or in the if it's raining.

Come early and meet two-time Olympic table tennis player (and Warren resident) Lily Yip. Yip will share some her techniques and secrets with young players at 7 p.m.

The township has also arranged face painting and refreshments from the "Who Let the Dawgs Out?" wagon (both the face painting and refreshments are offered at a price by the vendors).
