Watchung Hills Jr. Warriors Cheerleaders Place in Competition

Varsity squad takes home third place.

Three Junior Warriors Cheerleading squads competed in the Hunterdon Central Red Devils Fifth Annual Cheerleading competition on October, and the Varsity Girls Competition squad took home third place in the Senior Rec Medium division.  

The Junior Varsity and Pee Wee girls competed as well and placed fourth and fifth in their overall divisions. In total, over thirty-two teams competed in the full day “Cheer for Cure” event.  

"We are so proud of all of our girls," said a release from the organizers of the program.

The Watchung Hills Junior Warriors cheer program is a recreational cheer program for girls in kindergarten through grade 8 from Warren, Watchung, Green Brook, and Long Hill Township.
