Warren Township boasts of being number six on Money magazine's "Best Places to Live" ranking in 2009, but do you think that's important?

The rankings do have an impact on real estate values, hence, on every homeowner's pocketbook, as buyers select which community to relocate to.

They seem to be important when they agree with the opinion of the residents. They seem unimportant when the rankings disagree with them. It is the way of things.
