Charges Over Turned For Man Convicted For Somerset County Related Crimes

A former Philadelphia man jailed for theft related charges in Somerset County had his convictions overturned on Wednesday after it was ruled that he had been returned to federal custody without being tried for the Somerset County charges, according to nj.com.

Lester Jones, 48, was accused of making purchases at Watchung Walmart and Target Stores using a stolen a stolen credit card in 2009 and 2010, according to nj.com.
