Police Investigate Hit-and-run Accident

Warren Township Police Department's daily activity reports for the week of Oct. 23.

Oct. 26

Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident on Johns Drive at 3:10 p.m. after a vehicle hit a parked car and left the area.

At 8:10 p.m., a vehicle driven by Lai Minjiuan, 55, of Warren, hit the rear of a vehicle driven Robert Brenner, 49, of Warren, at the intersection of Mt. Horeb and King George roads. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 25

Police responded to an accident at 7:22 a.m. after a vehicle driven by Rebecca Kirschbaum, 17, of Warren, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Sean Tomassetti, 17, of Green Brook, at the intersection of Mt. Horeb and Mt. Bathel roads. No injuries were reported.

At 11:35 a.m., a Stiles Road resident reported the theft of a jewelry box, bracelet box and about $25 in loose change from the house.

Police received a report of identity theft from a Briarwood Drive East resident. Further information was not available.

Oct. 24

Police responded to a reported burglary at 7:06 p.m. after a Nicole Lane resident said their home was entered and an interior door damaged. The resident said nothing was missing, however.

Oct. 23

Louis Pompilio, 70, or Warren, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, after the vehicle he was driving on Round Top Road was hit from behind by a vehicle driven by Gina Harrobin, 41, of Warren, at 2:20 p.m. No injuries were reported in the incident.
