Sandalwood Drive Residents Report Mischief Incidents

Warren Township Police Department's daily activity reports for the week of Oct. 30.

Nov. 2

Police responded to an accident at 11:11 a.m., after a vehicle driven by Ernest Byrd, 50, of Hagerstown, Md., hit wires hanging on Emerson Lane. No injuries were reported in the incident.

No injuries were reported in an accident at Mountain Boulevard and Mt. Bethel Road at 12:19 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Glenn Pilato, 40, of Monmouth Junction, hit a vehicle driven by Maria Caro, 56, of Warren, while making a left turn. No one reported receiving any injuries in the accident.

Two Sandalwood Drive residents reported incidents of criminal mischief. The first report came at 1:30 p.m., with a resident reporting flower pots knocked over.

The second report, at 3:14 p.m., reported a vehicle having eggs thrown on it and a second vehicle being covered with shaving cream.

No charegs were filed after police investigated an accident at 3:51 p.m., when a vehicle driven by Thomas Powers, 17, of Warren, turned in front of a vehicle driven by Thomas Kriegel, 85, also of Warren, at the intersection of Mt. Horeb and King George roads. No injuries were reported in the accident.

Nov. 1

Ken Takahashi, 52, of Warren, was charged with failing to report an accident after a vehicle he was driving on Dock Watch Hollow Road went off the road and hit a tree.

Police responded to a one-vehicle accident at 1:23 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Kayci Ungerleider, 19, of South Bound Brook, went off Ferguson Road and into a gully. No injuries were reported.

Police and Atlantic Ambulance crews responded to a three-car accident at Old Washington Valley Road and Warrenville Road at 2:27 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Erick Hanson, 24, of Warren, hit a vehicle driven by Donna Gyurko, 48, of Bridgewater, after swerving to avoid a vehicle driven by Jay Heyman, 77, of Watchung that had turned in front of his vehicle.

All drivers and passengers involved waived medical treatment.

Oct. 30

At 7:41 a.m., a Cherry Tree Lane resident reported someone egged a vehicle parked at their residence overnight.

Police responded to an accident on Dock Watch Hollow at 8:43 a.m., after a vehicle driven by Brian Slater, 36, of Milford, hit a vehicle driven by Renee Hunter, 37, of Somerset. No injuries were reported.

No injuries were reported after an accident on Mt. Bethel Road, near Maxwell Court, at 10:55 a.m., when a vehicle driven by Brenda Liberti, 37, of Warren, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Cynthia McCabe, 57, of Warren.

Oct. 29

Police responded to an accident on Hillcrest Road, near I-78, at 1:44 p.m. after a vehicle driven by Raymonde Gamble-Orarro, 54, of Union, hit a vehicle driven by Randolphe Sorge, 54, of Piscataway. No injuries were reported.

Oct. 28

Police responded to an accident at 4:06 p.m. at Mountain Boulevard and Mt. Bethel Road, after a vehicle driven by Henry Nieves, 42, of Dover, hit a vehicle driven by Mark Feldman, 64, of Califon, while turning in the intersection. No injuries were reported.
