Drivers Charged Following Accidents

Warren Township police charge motorists with careless driving.

Warren Township police responded to five motor vehicle accidents between Friday and Monday, including two that led to careless driving charges filed against drivers.

At 5:30 p.m. Friday, Enrique Saro-Nunez, 25, of Warren, was charged with careless driving after the vehicle he was driving on Mt. Bethel Road, near Hillcrest Boulevard, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Zoraida Ramos, 48, of North Plainfield.

And at 5:35 p.m. Monday, Marie Bonnar, 17, of Warren, was charged with careless driving after the vehicle she was driving struck a vehicle driven by Michael Carlucci, 50, also of Warren, at the intersection of Mt. Bethel and Mt. Horeb roads.

No injuries were reported in any of the accidents reported this weekend.
