Four-Vehicle Pileup Sends Woman to Hospital

Daniel McCoy, 56, of Millington, was charged with careless driving at 3:17 p.m. Monday after the vehicle he was driving hit the rear of another vehicle, causing a four-vehicle accident on Mt. Bethel Road, near Central School.

The accident forced the vehicle hit by McCoy, driven by Nadia Lago-Adler, 44, of Basking Ridge, to hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Patricia Edelman, 40, of Warren, which was then forced into a vehicle driven by Paula Noguiera, 52, also of Warren.

Lago-Adler was taken to Morristown Medical Center for treatment of injuries. McCoy and Edelman refused treatment for injuries at the accident location.
