Vehicle Rear-ended at Mt. Horeb and Mt. Bethel Roads

June 9

Police responded to an accident at Mt. Horeb and Mt. Bethel roads at 5:15 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Gordon Price, 40, of Philipsburg, hit the rear of a vehicle driven Kostas Georgiou, 48, of Warren. No injuries were reported in the accident and no summonses were issued.

June 8

A 2:24 p.m. accident between two vehicles on Regional Drive at Watchung Hills Regional High School was described as a "minor" event by police, after a vehicle driven by Sasah Kostick, 17, of Watchung, struck a vehicle driven by Erin Furrer, 17, of Gillette. No injuries were reported and no one recieved a summons in the incident.

June 7

Shaila Altshuler, 18, of Warren, and a passenger in a vehicle she was driving were taken to Morristown Hospital following a 5:37 p.m. accident when the vehicle struck a tree after she lost control on Reinman Road, at Hanover Avenue.

Police responded to an accident at 7:17 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Donna Higgins, 50, of Watchung, was hit in the rear by an unkown driver at the intersection of Stirling Road and Mountain Avenue. Higgins and a passenger reported minor injuries but declined medical treatment at the scene of the accident. No summonses were issued.

June 6

No summonses were issued after a vehicle driven by William Batista, 20, of Warren, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Vivian Samuels, 58, of Green Brook, at the intersection of Washington Valley Road and Top of the World Way at 7:39 a.m. No injuries were reported in the accident.
