Warren PD Reports: ID Theft, Lawn Cows Snatched

Two thefts noted in Warren Township police reports for Monday.

Warren Township police said a Wilshire Road resident filed a report of identity theft on Monday at 10:43 a.m., telling authorities that numerous credit card accounts had been opened in the victim's name.

It is unknown at this time whether anything has been charged on those accounts, police added on Tuesday morning.

Also on Monday, police said they received a report that two ornamental lawn cows had been stolen from a residential property on Duck Watch Hollow Road.

The report was received at 4:23 p.m., police said. The lawn cows were valued at $350 apiece, according to the police report.
