Alleged Drug Dealers Found With Heroin, Cops Say

Three Pennsylvania men face charges following motor vehicle stop on Interstate 78.

Two Pennsylvania men and a teen were charged with possession of heroin with intent to sell following a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 78 after midnight Friday, Warren Police said.

Damon Hoppe-Pilat, 18, of Reading, Pa., Jaqwan Saunders, 23, of Mohnton, Pa., and a 17-year-old male passenger from Muhlenberg, Pa., were each charged with third-degree possession with intent to distribute. The traffic stop occurred at about 12:35 a.m.

Saunders was also charged with possession of less than 50 gram of marijuana.

Third-degree drug crimes carry the possibility of three to five years imprisonment, plus fines.

All three were released on their own recognizance after the charges were filed, pending appearances in municipal court.
