Police Investigate Two ID Theft Cases
One case successful in obtaining funds, one wasn't.
received two reports involving identity theft Tuesday.
At 1:09 p.m., police received a report from a Town Center Drive business that someone had gained access to the company's bank account, completing several fraudulent charges against the company's accounts.
Police also received a report from that someone had unsuccessfully attempted to transfer funds from a school account, after obtaining the account information.
