Report: Pamela Schmidt's Alleged Killer Dies In Jail

William Parisio's death is under investigation by the Union County Prosecutor's Office, NJ.com reports.

The Cranford man who was accused of killing Rutgers University senior Pamela Schmidt of Warren Township in his parents' Cranford home in March 2011 was found dead Monday in the Union County Jail, according a report on NJ.com.

William Parisio, 25, was awaiting trial after being indicted in Schmidt's death. At the time, it was believed Parisio had taken bath salts, but toxicology results later proved that untrue
