Geiger Lane Residents Report Thefts From Vehicles

Warren Township Police Department's daily activity reports for the week of Dec. 25.

Dec. 29

Two Geiger Lane residents reported thefts from vehicles at their residences.

The first report was made at 1 pm., with a resident reporting coins totaling $40 stolen. The second report, made at 3:05 p.m., included coins and other unspecified items, totaling $600 in value.

A Cherry Tree Lane resident reported the theft of money from two checking accounts. Details of the amounts involved were not released. 

Dec. 28

Police responded to the scene of an accident on Mountain Avenue at 1:25 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Eugene Piszko, 62, of Warren, hit a tree that had fallen in the road. No injuries were reported.

No injuries were reported after a vehicle driven by Sandi Larson, 22, of Roselle, ht the rear of a vehicle driven by Dominick Urso, 19, of Warren, on Mountain Boulevard at 2:42 p.m.

Dec. 26

A Mountainview Road resident reported at 8:24 a.m. that a vehicle parked on the road had been hit by a vehicle sometime during the night. No injuries were reported. 

Dec. 23

Michael Lucente, 19, of Gillette, was charged with careless driving after the vehicle he was driving on Mountain Avenue struck a utility pole at 8:58 a.m. No injuries were reported in the accident.

A William Penn resident reported at 12:23 p.m. that cash and various items were taken from a vehicle parked at the residence.

Police responded to an accident at Washington Valley Road and Promenade Boulevard at 3:30 p.m., after a vehicle driven by Spina Genevieve, 67, of Warren, was hit while making a left turn by a vehicle driven by Alison Sediak, 33, of Martinsville. No injuries were reported.

An Old Smalleytown Road resident reported at 3:32 p.m. that an iPod and cash were taken from a vehicle at the residence.

Dec. 24

At 5:58 p.m., a Hillcrest Road resident reported damage to a mailbox.
