No Injuries in Primrose Way Accident

March 29

No injuries were reported after an accident on Primrose Way, near Puddingstone Way, at 8:44 a.m. after a vehicle driven by Fang Zhou, 37, of Warren, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Jignia Mehta, 35, of Warren.

March 28

At 11:12 a.m., a Claire Drive resident reported the theft of a purse, valued at $1,100 including the contents, from an unlocked vehicle sometime during the night.

Morgaine DeLeonardis, 17, of Gillete, was charged with careless driving, and she and Jeanette Lopomo, 63, of Edison, were taken to Overlook Hospital for treatment of injuries after the vehicle DeLeonardis was driving on Stirling Road, near Mountain Avenue, hit the rear of the vehicle Lopomo was driving, forcing it to hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Nicholas Ali, 22, of Stirling, at 1:20 p.m.

Police and fire fighters responded to a vehicle on fire in the second floor parking deck of a business on King George Road at 1:35 p.m. The fire was extinguished without incident. 

March 27

No injuries were reported after a vehicle driven by Michael Force, 25, of Landing, hit a vehicle driven by Nirav Shah, 43, of Basking Ridge, at 9:10 a.m. as the vehicles were on Mountainview Road, near King George Road.

Miriam Delarosa, 49, of Sussex, was examined by emergency medical technicians after the vehile she was driving on Hillcrest Road hit a vehicle driven by Anthony Damato, 48, of Manahawkin, at 3:55 p.m. Delarosa refused further  treatment.

No injuries were reported in an accident on Liberty Corner Road, near Tanglewood Drive, at 5:49 p.m. after a vehicle driven by Carla Barbosa, 26, of Martinsville, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Maria Amaya-Cifuentes, 52, of Basking Ridge.

March 26

A King George Road resident reported someone had entered an unlocked vehicle at the property at 11:23 p.m., but nothing was taken.

March 24

No injuries were reported after a vehicle driven by Daniel Steiger, 40, of Basking Ridge, hit the rear of a vehicle driven by Jeff Collar, 34, also of Baksing Ridge, while driving on Stirling Road, near Community Place, at 10:44 a.m.
